I’m not a fan of bigger varieties but Tradescantia pallida 'Kartuz Giant' is an exception.

It is similar to the Tradescantia pallida ‘Purple Heart’ but has bigger and broader leaves. One distinguishing characteristic is the crease on the middle of their leaves.
Their leaves naturally falls off at maturity and/or seasonally (usually during fall season) which makes then go dormant during winter just like all the other tradescantias (if, from what I believe, has been left outdoors).

It also has this amazing rich tones which makes it such a perfect subject for photography.
